1. Our Commitment
Gambling should always be fun and affordable. Bankroll is committed to giving players meaningful, voluntary tools to stay in control of their play. This policy describes the responsible gaming features available on the Service and the external support organizations we recommend.
2. Voluntary Limits
You can set any combination of the following limits from your Responsible Gaming settings page:
- Daily, weekly, and monthly deposit limits
- Daily and monthly loss limits
- Maximum session duration
Lowering or tightening a limit takes effect immediately. Raising or removing a limit is subject to a 24-hour cooldown β the new, looser limit only activates 24 hours after you confirm the change. The cooldown exists to protect you from in-the-moment decisions you may regret.
3. Reality Checks
By default, Bankroll will show you a reality check modal every 60 minutes of active play, summarizing how long you have been playing and your net session result. You can change this interval to 30, 60, or 90 minutes, or turn it off entirely, from your settings.
4. Take a Break
If you want a short cool-down without committing to formal self-exclusion, you can use the βTake a Breakβ feature to lock yourself out of wagering for 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days. During a break you can still log in to view your balance and initiate a withdrawal.
5. Self-Exclusion
Self-exclusion is a stronger, longer-term commitment. You can choose to self-exclude for any of the following periods:
- 1 week
- 1 month
- 3 months
- 6 months
- 1 year
- Permanent
During self-exclusion you cannot place wagers or make deposits. You can still log in to view your balance and withdraw any remaining funds, subject to KYC verification.
6. Permanent Means Permanent
If you choose permanent self-exclusion, it cannot be undone β not by you, not by our support team, not by anyone. There is no break-glass override, no 5-year reset, and no appeal process. Please do not choose permanent unless you are certain. This policy exists to protect players who have decided that online gambling is no longer right for them, and it will be enforced without exception.
7. External Resources
If you or someone you know is struggling with problem gambling, the following organizations offer free, confidential support:
- BeGambleAware β free information, advice, and support for anyone affected by gambling harms.
- GamCare β confidential 24/7 helpline and live chat.
- Gambling Therapy β global multi-language support service.
8. Account Controls
All responsible gaming tools are available from your Responsible Gambling settings page. Changes to limits are logged in your personal audit history and are visible to you for 90 days.
